A thumbnail is a small preview image of the actual full-size graphic.
In case of SVART, a thumbnail has several purposes.
a) It makes the page load faster.
b) It generates an overall preview/
overview of the graphics in one
category and lets the visitor see
a few details on the actual image.
c) It protecs the younger people from
pornographic content.
For the asthetics of the site, we must ask you to provide the thumbnails
on a certain size.
:: Collages, Manipulations, Fanfiction
Covers and Drawings: 80x80
pixel.
:: Wallpapers: 107x80
pixel.
:: Brushes: 130x80
pixel.
To create a thumbnail, select your original image and copy. Create
a new file with the right size (80x80 in
most cases) and paste the image into this.
Crop and resize the image in the file any way you want. Do not change
the color or add graphical elements.
RULE: Make sure, the pornographic
elements stay out of the thumbnail.
