:: A Collage
is a graphic that is cut together from severl images and pieces. Those
pieces don't need to belong together and create a shape. They can be
pretty random.
We included Graphics into this category.
Graphics are images which have been altered, but only contain one motif.
Like an image with effects and text.
:: A Manipulation
is a graphic where the image has been manipulated to show something
different. It shows a new object or person.
For instance, you could put together two seperate images of Martha and
Lionel. Or you could use the body of a model, and put Chloe's head on
her instead of her own.
The goal is for the image to seem real and not put together.
:: A Fanfiction
Cover is Cover for a fanfiction. A Fanfiction is a fan-written
story, featuring the characters of a TV show.
A Fanfiction Cover can encorperate Manipulations, Collages or Graphics.
:: A Drawing
is A drawing is a handmade graphic. Paintings will also go into this
category. So do images created with a graphic tablet.
:: A Wallpaper
is graphic for the Desktop on your computer. That's why the proportions
on a wallpaper are always the same. Standard sizes for wallpapers are
640x480 pixel, 800x600
pisel, 1024x768 pixel or 1152x864
pixel.
A tip for the creatin of a wallpaper is to remember, that most users
sort their desktop folder on the left side. A wallpaper can encorperate
Manipulations, Collages or Graphics.
RULE: Somtimes, you have to use
your own judgement. There can be Collages with elements of a manipulation
or a manipulation having the elements of a manipulation...
